CHF GEG..E series stainless steel heavy-duty self-lubricating spherical plain bearings are high-performance, maintenance-free spherical plain bearings designed for long-term reliable operation in harsh environments with extreme heavy loads, low-speed large oscillations, and extremely difficult maintenance. Based on the standard heavy-duty structure (GEG..), this series integrates a revolutionary self-lubricating system, providing customers in European and American heavy mining machinery, marine engineering equipment, large-scale water conservancy facilities, and special engineering vehicles with a core spherical plain bearing solution that offers lifetime maintenance-free operation, ultra-long service life, and superior corrosion resistance under conditions of high impact loads, long-term static loads, corrosion wear, and inability to perform regular lubrication.
Core Technical Features
Patented Embedded Lubrication System: In addition to the surface liner, solid lubrication pillars are laser-drilled and embedded in the inner ring matrix, continuously replenishing lubricating material to the friction surfaces during operation, achieving true lifetime maintenance-free operation.
Ultra-high load-bearing stainless steel matrix: The inner and outer rings are made of high-strength precipitation-hardening stainless steel AISI 630 (17-4PH), solution-treated and aged (H1150), with a yield strength ≥1000 MPa, while maintaining good corrosion resistance (passed 1000-hour salt spray test).
Optimized internal clearance and preload: Customized options from C1 (zero clearance) to C4 (large clearance) are available to suit different load spectra. For heavy-load static conditions, a negative clearance (preload) design can be used to eliminate clearance and improve system rigidity.
Large angle and resistance to off-center loads: Standard swing angle ±12°, and can withstand sustained off-center load angles up to 15° without a surge in edge stress.
