CHF stainless steel flange bearings are integrated bearing units designed for a wide range of applications requiring simplified installation, axial space savings, and superior corrosion resistance. This series integrates high-performance stainless steel bearings with precision-machined flange housings into a robust single component, providing customers in the European and American food processing, packaging machinery, medical equipment, and marine engineering industries with a ready-to-use, corrosion-resistant, highly rigid, and easy-to-maintain compact bearing solution.
Core Technical Features
Integral Precision Manufacturing: The bearing housing and flange are integrally forged or precision-cast from AISI 304/316 stainless steel, ensuring structural integrity and optimal material properties, with no welds or weak points in the connections.
Bearing Inner Ring Material: Made of AISI 440C stainless steel, vacuum-hardened and cryogenically treated, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 58-62, combining high wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
Rolling Element Selection: Standard configuration is 440C stainless steel balls; optional silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) ceramic balls are available for higher speeds, lighter weight, and insulating non-magnetic properties.
Precision tolerance grades: ABEC 3/5/7 standard tolerances are available, or P5/P4 high precision grades are available according to application requirements to ensure smooth operation and low vibration.
