Core Technical Features

Economical Integrated Design: Precision stamping and cold heading of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel sheet creates a single-ear fork-shaped rod end body and ball head pin integrated structure, significantly reducing manufacturing costs and the number of components.

Compact Radial Space: The single-ear fork design minimizes the radial installation space required for the joint, facilitating integration in confined spaces.

Easy installation and adjustment: The ball head pin is fixed to the fork end by pressing or riveting, providing a standard swing angle of ±10° to ±15°. No special tools are required for installation, and the adjustment is flexible and easy.
