SPOS Series

CHF SPOS series stainless steel stamped ball joint bearings are economical motion joint components designed for general industrial applications requiring high-volume purchasing, cost-sensitive manufacturing, and basic corrosion resistance. This series utilizes an efficient stainless steel sheet stamping process to manufacture the rod end body, providing OEM customers in industries such as European and American office furniture, home appliances, light automation modules, and basic transmission components with a cost-effective, lightweight, standardized ball joint connection solution that leverages the basic corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

Core Technical Features

Sheet Metal Stamping Process: The rod end fork body is formed from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet using a multi-station precision progressive die stamping process, achieving high-efficiency, low-waste, and high-consistency mass production, significantly reducing costs compared to machined products.

Simple Ball Joint Assembly: The standard ball joint is made of AISI 420 stainless steel through cold forging and is fixed to the fork body by press fitting or simple riveting, forming a robust ball-and-socket joint.

Applicable swing angle: Provides a practical swing angle of ±8° to ±12°, sufficient to compensate for installation errors and operational deformations in most general-purpose machinery.

Based on stainless steel corrosion resistance: All components are made of stainless steel, possessing excellent resistance to humid atmospheric corrosion and fingerprint corrosion, meeting the needs of indoor and general outdoor environments.
